The admission covers three key programmes, including National Diploma (ND) in Medical Laboratory Technology, ND in Environmental Health Technology, and ND II Direct Entry for recertification of Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians.

Available Programmes
National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
This programme runs for three years, including two years of coursework and one year of Medical Laboratory Posting under the SIWES programme.
Applicants need a GCE, NECO, or WAEC certificate with credits in five subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics, and Physics, obtained at no more than two sittings. Results must not be older than five years.
National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology
This programme includes two years of coursework and one year of attachment under the SIWES programme.
Applicants must possess GCE, NECO, or WAEC results with credits in Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics, and Physics, obtained in no more than two sittings. The results must not exceed five years of age.
ND II Direct Entry for Recertification of Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians
This one-year programme is designed for Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians certified by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN). Applicants must submit an academic transcript from their training institution.
Application Process
Application forms can be purchased at the Accounts Department of the College, located at JUTH Old Site, Jos.
The fees are as follows:
- ND Medical Laboratory Technology: ₦10,000
- ND Environmental Health Technology: ₦10,000
- ND II Direct Entry (Recertification): ₦50,000
Applicants should obtain the TSA payment procedure from the Accounts Department before making payments.
